When you sign up for Bolig og Haven's newsletter. The purpose of the collection is to send you news, and the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- When you create a customer account or join Bolig og Haven's customer club. The purpose of the collection is to be able to administer your membership and provide you with the benefits that come with membership, cf. Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the GDPR.
Please note that use of your personal data to send marketing material only takes place if you have given your explicit consent in advance, unless the law allows us to contact you without you giving your consent first.
Bolig og Haven keeps statistics on which areas of the website our users visit as well as which products are users' favorites. This data does not contain personal information. Using the collected data, we gain insight into how users use the website. This information is used to improve the website. We use data about the navigation of all our users to understand how our users as a whole use www.boligoghaven.dk, and on this basis try to make the website better. We cannot see where you come from or where you browse to on the internet once you leave our site. In addition, we collect information about which products our users, as a whole, prefer. This information is also used to improve the website. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our users' use and navigation on our website. - Your purchase history will be stored for up to 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was completed. Accounting records are stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was completed.
- If you unsubscribe from newsletters, you'll be unsubscribed immediately, but documentation of the original consent given will be kept for 2 years.
- Your customer club membership is deleted if you haven't logged in for more than 1 year, or deleted immediately if you unsubscribe from our customer club. Documentation of the original consent given will be kept for 2 years.
